I am having an extremely rough day at the office. Deadlines, an unhappy boss, phone calls from home and suddenly the pressure is too much for me. I don't realize until it is too late that I am suffering classic symptoms of a heart attack. I have terrible indigestion...I am sweating profusely in the air conditioned office... I start having strange sensations down my left arm. I start getting really short of breath and that's when I realize that I need to call for help.
