Forget G.I Joe... Vika went to a Halloween party dressed as G.I. Ho! Somehow though, the guy she went to the party with left her stranded and hungover. He knocks on Snuzher's door for help, but her bad luck will only continue, as Snuzher invites her to his private Halloween party by whacking her over the head! G.I.
