Work Failure Heart Failure: I work from home and need to call my boss for my one year performance review. I'm prepared and am expecting positive feedback. I start feeling extremely stressed as the call seems to be taking a very negative turn. I begin to experience heart attack warning signs - sweating. chest pain and tingling down my left arm.
