Walking to the back of the the car, Officer Tilly further explains the situation, and then asks to look in the trunk. The man complies. As Tilly is searching the trunk, from behind we see the man take something out that he uses on her butt. Officer Tilly is caught completely off guard, as she stumbles, confused and falls into the trunk. The criminal looks her over, REMOVING HER BOOTS, exposing his target - her nylon feet. He fondles and strokes them, looking and feeling them. Eventually we see that he now has Officer Tilly helpless in his trunk, with her nylon feet shackled and stuck in his pass-through in the backseat. As she comes around, he begins a LONG torment session, never saying a word, just tormenting her nylon feet. He uses her own taser stick to zap her nylon soles repeatedly, causing her to scream. He then uses her baton to smack her soles over and over again, as she screams and begs him to stop. His final torment, tickling, as he tickles her nylon feet repeatedly with both his hands as well as an electric dental tool. He makes her helpless once again at the very end (a welcome relief for her no doubt), as he leaves his calling card on her nylon soles - drawing a smiley face on each. Later, Officer Tilly comes around finding that she's been dumped in the woods, w/ no shoes. She notices the smiley faces on her soles, and exhausted from her ordeal, vows revenge.
