Batgirl has just found herself defamed and disgraced by a couple of bad guys. She picks herself up and continues her search for justice. What she finds is a naughty Harley Quinn with an evil agenda. Harley uses a freeze device to turn Batgirl into a perfectly still statue, whose only remaining body control is to dart her eyes back and forth occasionally. Harley takes this opportunity to further humiliate her damsel, by posing her in various positions and stripping her of her costume.
