Wonder Woman, Emily Addison, is here to stop the bad guy. But he has a magical hold on Emily stopping her right in her tracks. She is frozen from being able to move. She realizes that her belt has been deactivated and the villain takes control from there. He gets Emily tied with her arms over her head and she is left to struggle. You get to see from the villain's point of view while Emily gets gagged and stripped. The villain enjoys being able to touch but not to much before he makes Emily go out.
