In another spectacular dangling show today, Penny decides to play in the sand with her mesmerizing high arched feet while dangling her flip-flops. Wearing her gorgeous bright green toe nail polish, she starts out loosely hanging her scrumptious arches off her casual sandals, and never stops flicking them back and forth, arching and pointing her feet.
