You see Penny from the very start of the clip saying "Hi" and she looks at you and smiles and comments on how pretty the pink flowers are next to her on the staircase. She calls them "unique", just like her high arches as she transitions to her feet from the flowers. She says she has been told she has very high arches, which is evident as she flexes them on the step.
