You know we are always trying to do something new and outrageous, so when I received a custom order that included a piercing AND trampling with my famous SPIKEY STILETTO SANDALS, I got really excited. In order to have a sizable chunk of skin to pierce, I put mini wood clamps on a chunk of skin that was on Trampleguy's lower arm.
