This ancient Japanese method of bondage tor ture goes by the name of Surugadoi. This method has been slightly improved over the years to the point where it can be done gently enough to where a middle aged man would be able to endure this, but this is an extremely harsh form of shibari rope bondage. This kind of rope bondage, with the addition of a heavy weight on the lower back, a gag and clothespins on the nipples is not for the faint of heart.
