Evil Russians: you can't trust them at all, can you? Well this particular evil Russian has ensnared Hinako in his diabolical trap and has threatened to do horrible things if she cannot escape. That is some very good motivation for her, but will she be able to pull it off. To give you an idea of the severity of the predicament, I will explain that Hinako is tied in a set of leather leg restrains, a butterfly straitjacket, ball gag and is tied by the neck to the ceiling above.
