To enact punishment on No. 11, who claims his innocence, Warden Hinako takes him outside into the harsh rainstorm, ties him and leaves him to be pelted by the torrential downpour! After bringing him back inside, she gives him his pitiful excuse for a meal of simple cornflakes and takes him on a supervised bathroom break. After which, she restrains him in the Segufix restraints and leaves him there to rest until morning.
