This is one of those ideal situations where overkill is a highly preferred way of going about things. The PVC rest sack and rope would probably have been enough, but reinforcement was quite necessary in this situation. This is why Hinako added the plastic wrap and belts, outfitted with padlocks. There was no chance of him getting out now. Which is good, because this gave Hinako the perfect opportunity to a piss soaked rag into his mouth. He was not thrilled about it, but what could he do now?
