There are times when one gag is not enough. And this is one of those times. In this case, we need one cloth gag in the mouth, one tied around the head to keep it in, and then many face cloth gags to an overkill amount. Then, one not so simple shibari tying later, a pair of nipple claims and bit of suspension and you have yourself...something alright.
