As apart of a special collaboration between Tokyo Bondage Laboratory and Hinako Bondage Clinic, a man crawls inside a giant hollow stuffed bear, becoming a living stuffed bear. The inside of the bear costume is extremely hot and very hard to breathe in, which makes what is about to come next, even more harsh for him. This bear man is then tied in rope bondage and suspended high above the floor by Mistress Chiaki. Lady Hinako takes great pleasure in playing with her new toy.
