The sheer amount of metal present on this one individual is staggering to say the least. He is suspended in mid air with chain, which already is the least comfortable thing to be suspended with. But in addition to that, his face is adorned with nose hooks and various weights that really challenge the integrity of his face. If that wasn’t enough, the addition of the weights to his nipples really put his body to the test.
