As the lengthy title spells out, Hinako's masochist is hung upside down and has his whole body wrapped in barbed wire. Directly below his head sits a bucket of water. He is racked with pain and desperation as the barbed wire eats into his flesh and he is submerged in water. And if that wasn't enough, he also has fireworks (of which he brought himself) affixed to his crotch. This whole setup has him experience scalding heat, desperation and pain all at the same time.
