In this part Betty is show cuffed by the ankles, neck, wrist, and elbows in bed. She's barley able to move around. Tony comes in and throws a bag of lingerie on the bed and tells her that she is going to put those on and learn how to please her husband, but first she has to get herself out of her restraints. Tony tosses the key onto the bed and leaves while she works at freeing herself.
