In part 5 Betty has escaped from her restraints and changed into the outfit that Tony left for her. Next Tony comes in and puts leg shackles and a waistchain onto her and tells her that she has visitor. She's surprised when her husband comes into the room. He tells her he came in to check on her progress. Tony makes her give him an lap dance and then leaves the room so her husband can play with her. Before long Betty starts having attitude again and her husband has to go and get Tony. Betty ends up hogcuffed on the bed while Tony prepares a punishment and more training for her.
