In this last part Brenda is napping when she is woken up and told that she is going to get a little reward. She next finds her self in heavy steel handcuffs with her legs spread and cuffed to the bed. She is wearing a metal ring gag and is then given a vibrator to use on herself. After that she is put in a tight hogcuff and then the guard comes in and plays with her.
