In this clip Riley gets cuffed and gagged and left in a jail cell while she waits for the guard to process a new prisoner. Caroline is brought in, patted down, and then put in the restraint chair while the guard goes and gets Riley. She is going to get punished for having contraband in her cell. She is strapped down to a wooden board and then gets an ass hook put in that is tied to a rope head harness. Later Caroline is let out of the chair and is told to use a vibrator on Riley.
