In part 1 of this clip Dixie is on cleaning duty at the prison. She is shackled, cuffed, and sweeping the floor. She sits down to take a break and then decides to start playing with herself. She knows that she not allowed too unless the Warden gives her permission, but she doesn't think she will get caught. That is until Tony walks through on his day off to pick up his pay check.
