Dixie has been given lots of power as a prisoner in the hogcuffed prison, but Tony has heard about her bragging to other prisoner's that she has him wrapped around her finger. He decides he should show her who is boss in case she forgot. He ordered for her to be locked in transport chains which is how she is when he finds her. He then spends some time talking with her and playing with her breast before locking a collar and leash onto her and leading her off. Next she gets locked down into the steel stockades and then has a gag/blindfold combo put on.
