In part 1 Tony is taking over Warden duties for the weekend while Lola and Bruno are away at a conference together. Warden Bruno calls and tells him about a request from the governor. A girl has evidence that could put the governor behind bars and she is using it to blackmail him. Bruno tells Tony that the girl was picked up for driving on a suspended license and that the governor has arranged for her to be brought to this prison off the books.
