Guard Krisit figures that since she already works at a corrupt prison she might as well take advantage of it by selling to prisoners to make some extra money. What she doesn't know is that she gets caught doing it on the surveillance cameras. Tony comes to see her and quickly puts her in her own handcuffs and then takes her to watch the video of her selling . He then leaves her chained to a wall while he talks with the Warden. After that he tells her she is going to get punished and makes her strip down to her underwear and then recuffs her and leaves her like that while he gets things ready.
