In part 3 Nyxon is still in her punishment restraints when Tony comes in and tells her that the Warden would like to see her. He takes her to the Wardens waiting room and leaves her on the sofa. She waits, and waits, and waits, and waits, but the Warden never shows up. Eventually she falls resting and is awaken when Tony shakes her. He tells her the Warden forgot that she was waiting and already went home for the day.
