In this clip Rin is brought into the prison cuffed behind the back and wearing legcuffs. Tony takes her over to Dixie's cell so Dixie can see her new friend. Next Rin is put into her own cell still cuffed and then gets a neck cuff put on that is attached to the bars. Tony later lets Dixie out of her cell so she can play with Rin.
