Catie parker is a rich and spoiled girl who is extremely talented for equestrian sports. She is ready to play the final of the European equestrian championship, but her rival sends some bad guy to prevent she shows up tp the competition. The bad guy captured Catie and ties her up tightly with duct tape, the gags her with a tight wraparound tape gag.
