Chrissy Marie is a detective who has been overpowered and captured by the bad guy, she is handcuffed with her own handcuffs. Then the bad guy takes her to the roof of the building, there she is tied up with ropes, hands behind her back and then ballgagged. Chrissy eventually manages it to untie her legs but that is not very helpful since she is on the roof of a tall building and there is no way she can get off. She walks around, we can see the magnificent skyline of Downtown LA in the background, but Chrissy is not enjoying the view while she is all tied and gagged!
