The dude gets exited and explains he is also from Mexico and tries to establish a conversation but Elsa, who is extremely angry, says she is an important diplomatic person, the Ambassador of Mexico and he should let her go immediately, but instead the dude says that if she is really who she says she is then a huge ransom should be paid for letting her go. Elsa keeps protesting in Spanish but she keeps being interrupted by handgags until finally the bad guy gags her with duct tape.
