Seems poor Detective Kira Dee is at the mercy of Bella, A.K.A The Columbus Creeper, and her arrest is going from bad to worse. Not only does Bella escape but leaves Kira gagged, zip tied and cuffed with her own handcuffs... she now has her badge and phone as well. Will be a tough one to explain unless she can find a way to bring Bella in.
