Today we are going heavy and putting in some cardio. I am starting with some Cleans from the ground and then Clean pulls. If you don't know what they are, just watch.

Next are back squats and I finish with a minute of jump ropes and 20 kettlebell swings for five rounds. The workout is finished with a sweaty posing session of bicep flexing and double bicep flexing!
