Mercedes isn't squeamish when it comes to beating and humiliating slaves. Repeatedly she slaps his face hard while she's having a lot of fun. Doesn't matter if he's kneeing in front of her or trapped between her legs - she can slap him hard anyway. After a while she presses his head to the ground so he can kiss it.
