Luckily for Penny, Gadget is malfunctioning with the more extreme torment devices as his flamethrower and jitsu dagger come out as less harmful devices. Unfortunately for Penny, the other tickle torment devices do appear without incident & are used with extreme prejudice on her innocent size 9.5" meaty soles. While Penny is mercilessly being tickled by her Uncle Gadget, she begs & pleads with him to snap out of his mind control to no avail. Eventually she tells him to fight it which triggers him to break free and override the programming causing him to tickle her and after breaking her free of the invisible rope they leave to go hunt down Dr. Claw & his minions.
