Another custom video with these instructions: High knees exercise (running in place with knees coming up to bellybutton level). Arms up, hands behind your head the whole time.This is a pretty vigorous exercise so it will require a minute or so of rest between sets .I would like to see about 5 sets of 20-30 seconds of duration.
