Description

Fitness exam determines getting the big raise. In order to qualify for your big raise you must perform a series of advanced exercises at progressively faster paced. The first exercise is wide stance jumping jacks. To perform these you'll need to place 2 marks on the floor spaced out 1meter apart. The 1st 2 sets are untimed but your feet need to land on the marks on each jumping jack. The next 3 sets your feet need to land on the marks and you must complete complete 10 jumping jacks in 12 seconds. Next exercise is-keeping both feet together-hopping from line to line doing 10 hops in 15 secon...
