But her friend, professor Jones as the science institute created special socks and boots that will keep her powers from escaping her body. She enters an abandoned mansion - the sight of Dominator's henchman activity and is attacked by his goons. She kicks the snot out of the baddy and laughs at her triumph - mocking the fallen goon and telling him how easy it was dispatching him. She laughs hysterically at her inferior foe - gloating and gleeful at her superior abilities - but he recovers and produces a freeze weapon that literally freezes her in place, her feet propped up and the only things that can move. She is stunned and shocked as he rises to begin returning the favor, pawing her and playing with her and then slowly removing her silky, skin tight black uniform from her body. He unlaces her special boots and removes them from feet as she screams in horror, realizing that her powers will be depleted if she loses her foot protection. It's no use - the goon slides off her boots and her uniform and now she is only sitting, frozen, in her underwear and socks. The goon then threatens to remove her socks but she protests in horror - letting it slip that if he takes them off she will be powerless. He takes full advantage and removes her special socks, allowing her powers to escape her body as the superheroine shrieks in shock and horror. The goon mocks her, holding her socks as a trophy.
