Blond Destine stands at the post with her hands locked in handcuffs through a ring at the top of the post. Her elbows are locked in shakles and pulled back behind her and she wears steel police handcuffs at her slender ankles. Chains are wrapped around her body, ankles and knees holding her against the post. She struggles helplessly in the steel retraints but knows she isn't going anywhere until someone unlocks her.
