Busty fugitive Candie has been apprehended by the bounty hunter but unfortunately his van broke down and he needed a place to store his prisoner. She Candie handcuffed and shackled is brought down to the basement while he goes to see about getting repair on the van to haul her off to jail. But she doesn't stay put, Candie wanders around the cellar, her booted ankles are shackled and her hands are cuffed in front of her and attached to a belly chain.
