Then after locking her slender ankles in a pair of steel hinged handcuffs he attaches the chain from her neck to her cuffed ankles. He leaves poor Destine there bent over with her ass in the air and give her ass a few good swats before returning to his business upstairs. He leaves poor Destine cuffed and helpless in the basement.
