Jessica and Dominique stand against the wall with their wrists locked in handcuffs behind their backs. A short chain is run through a ring on the wall and locked to one ankle of each girl. The chain is only long enough for one of the girls to lower her foot to the floor but if she does in causes the other girl to have to raise her foot uncomfortably high.
