The Hunter's sweet nextdoor neighbor Destiny stands with her wrists and elbows locked in police cuffs. Her cuffs are locked to a chain hanging from an overhead pulley. She struggles to ease the strain on her shoulders. But then the Hunter comes back and to her he pulls the chain raising her wrists high over her head. Her ankles are then chained and locked together.
