Pretty neighborhood secretary sits in a chair in the lair with her arms trapped in a super tight black leather armbinder behind her back. Her ankles are bound in chains and chains circle her chest and split her breast pinning her tightly to the chair. More chains are wrapped around her wrists and anchored to the base of the chair.
