Soccer step-mom Raquel finds herself kneeling on an old mattress with rigid cuffs locked around her wrists in front of her. A chain is attached to her wrists pulling them to the head of the bed. Another chain is locked around her neck and pulled back to the foot of the bed. Her ankles are shackled and chained spread apart and tethered to the foot of the bed. She can't move forward to ease the tension of the cold steel digging into her wrists without the neck chain chocking her. She struggles and cries barely able to move. (5:01 minutes)
