Victoria is hauled into the remote processing center with her hands locked in hinged police handcuffs. The detective sits her down as she protests her innocence. She was caught riding in atolen car and is now under arrest. The detective sits her on the bench and then locks her ankles in ankle cuffs chained to the bench. She is left there to await a policewoman to finish searching her and processing her for jail. Victoria whines, cries, begs, pouts and is frustrated by her situation. (6:06 minutes)
