In this part of the video Lilla is confronted by Dr Von Hindenberg who has heard about her improper relationship with Maggie. With her orderly/thug Hans she stops Lilla when she tries to run away and her onto the bed and handcuffs her to the bed posts as she runs her hands over Lilla's body while promising that's she's going to "help her"
