She tells you that she is a vampire, and you laugh at first thinking she's joking. Than you realize she isn't and think she might be crazy and tell her to leave. She says she's not going to leave and begins to gesture with her hand and suddenly you stop telling her to leave, stop doing anything except watching her hand and listening to her words and falling deeper under her spell.
