Camy, formerly the superheroine Cameo Girl who was and brainwashed into a bimbo in Cameo Girl vs Femme fatale and it's sequel the Creation of Camy. In Camy Takes Control, Camy the bimbo bodyguard has decided that Femme Fatale isn't feminine or fashionable enough. So she uses Femme fatale's own knockout lipstick and cigarettes against her erstwhile boss, and begins to reprogram Femme Fatale into a pink loving, happy bimbo just like herself.
