Penny Lane and Indica are roommates that are often in disagreement about what is appropriate. Indica gets fed up with penny trying to tell her what to do all the time so Indica takes matters in to her own hands and wrestles Penny into being topless with her. Indica ties Penny up to keep her around for amusement. Indica doesnt take long to get annoyed with Penny and gags her to shut Penny up.
