Clara is sitting on the gynecological chair. She gets a mouth spreader inserted and has to swallow a large amount of water. Slowly it presses on her bladder. When the pressure is high, she is allowed to empty her bladder onto a metal plate that has been electrified... so, this also electrifies Clara to teach her how to better control her bladder.
